What We Do

Our Programs

Five initiatives designed to remove barriers, build character, and expand opportunity for youth athletes across Greater Southern California.

🎓
Scholarships

Youth Athlete Scholarship Program

Provides direct financial assistance to youth athletes and families who may not otherwise have access to athletic participation opportunities, training, educational experiences, or competitive events. The scholarship program is the Foundation's cornerstone initiative — removing the primary financial barrier preventing young athletes from participating and developing. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need and commitment to athletic participation.

Community

Community Soccer Clinics

Offers free and low-cost soccer clinics throughout Greater Southern California that promote physical activity, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community engagement. Clinics are open to all skill levels and are intentionally held in underserved communities with limited access to quality athletic programming. Each clinic is staffed by experienced coaches committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment for every participant.

📋
Education

Coaching Education Initiative

Supports coaches throughout Southern California through educational workshops, mentorship opportunities, and leadership development resources that improve the youth sports experience. The Foundation recognizes that coach quality is one of the most significant factors in a young athlete's development — and that investing in coaches multiplies impact across every athlete they serve. Programming covers technical skills, youth psychology, inclusive coaching practices, and leadership.

🏅
Leadership

Leadership Through Sport Program

Uses athletics as a platform to teach leadership, character development, accountability, teamwork, communication, and essential life skills that young people carry far beyond the playing field. The program weaves leadership development directly into athletic programming — helping young athletes understand how the lessons they learn in sport apply to school, work, relationships, and community. Graduates of this program are equipped to lead both on and off the field.

🎽
Access

Equipment Assistance Program

Provides sports equipment and resources to youth athletes facing financial barriers to participation. No young athlete should be unable to play because they cannot afford cleats, a uniform, protective gear, or other essential equipment. The Foundation collects, refurbishes, and distributes equipment directly to athletes and families in need — ensuring that cost is never the reason a young person sits on the sidelines.
