Before you apply
- You must be in grades 6–12 and a registered player participating with a team in the 2026 Playmakers Cup. We will verify participation against tournament records.
- Explain your financial need and how the scholarship would help. You do not need to submit tax returns, bank statements, or receipts with this application.
- A parent or legal guardian must review and acknowledge applications for players under 18.
How payment works
The selected recipient must provide receipts for paid club soccer fees or soccer equipment. We reimburse documented eligible expenses up to $500.
Receipts totaling $500 or more support the full $500 award; otherwise, payment is limited to the documented amount. A parent or guardian handles reimbursement for a minor.
Applications close November 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Selection is based on demonstrated financial need and the application. A selection date has not been set. Publicity permission is optional and does not affect eligibility. Submission does not guarantee an award.
